Note: The deposit is the only thing that will be collected today. The BALANCE ($300) is JUST A PLACEHOLDER for our platform to be able to charge a balance. We will adjust the balance DOWN or UP depending on your preferences and what we are able to accommodate.

For example, if you prefer a Private King, and we are able to accommodate that, then your balance will be $500, instead of $250. Similarly, if you prefer a Shared Room Bunk and we are able to accommodate that, then your balance would be $140. We will adjust the balance for you once we organize the room assignments. 

Health Agreement & Guidelines

We ask that you take precautions leading up to Family Vacation to maximize your well-being and minimize the risk of illness. We will have in our meeting spaces air cleaning technology that removes viruses from the air and cleans the entire room – bigger than our meeting space – in under 3 minutes, and maintains this clean environment for the duration of the event. We will be providing N95 masks for those who wish to use a mask. 

In addition: 

• Please take your temperature for the 7 days leading up to FV and note that we will be taking temperatures upon arrival and each morning of the event.
• If at any point in the 10 days leading up to FV you experience new or worsening symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has symptoms and/or has tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home and do not travel. 
• If you have ANY of the following symptoms in the 10 days before the retreat, please stay home:
  • New or worsening cough
  • Fever / temperature above 99 degrees
  • Significant or severe muscle pain, particularly in the back or any already problematic areas
  • Elevated heart rate
  • Loss of smell and/or taste
  • Any other unusual symptoms
  • A positive Covid test AND new or worsening symptoms within the 10 days prior to the retreat.
  • If you have Covid, please make sure 10days have passed since the start of symptoms before coming to the retreat.
    

By checking the box "I have read and agree to the COVID agreement for family vacation" box and submitting payment, you acknowledge the above and agree to adhere to the guidelines before and during the family vacation.
