This is a VIP program consisting of 3 months of intensive private coaching and mentoring with Michelle to develop your new community coaching business model, programs, prices, and launch strategy. This package also includes a BONUS of attending Michelle's live program so you can experience the magic for yourself and see exactly how Michelle leads the event, makes her offer, and converts attendees into the Big Back End Program. 

Here is everything you'll receive in the program:

• Personality Testing & Feedback Package – Personality testing and interpretation to ensure alignment of business model, brand and messaging with your personality, strengths, likes, and dislikes (for up to 2 people). 
• Business Breakthrough Prep Modules: Dive Deeply into your own inner values, purpose and beliefs to clarify your Superstar Vision. 
• 1:1 Deep Dives with Michelle: (2) 90-minute Virtual* 1:1 sessions to achieve clarity, narrow focus and develop an action plan. Michelle will customize these meetings for you to ensure that you address everything you need and accomplish your specific objectives.
• Follow-Up 1:1 Support: Tweak and adjust as you implement. These meetings are as needed and at least biweekly for 2 months to check in on progress, update the strategy, review materials, and more. 
• Mindset Deep Dive – Tackle the limiting beliefs, fears, and other unsupportive patterns that can keep you from implementing your strategy in a 90-minute deep dive with one of our psychosynthesis coaches. 
• 90-day Plan – Nail down your action plan using Michelle’s framework (MOSTT - Mission / Objectives / Strategies /Tactics in Time) designed to support and facilitate accountability, implementation and performance.
• Retreats to Riches DIY Online Course: Michelle’s foundational program for those looking to deliver Retreats plus a Big Back End.
• Superstar Business Breakthrough Retreat Virtual (delivered 3x/year) (Value: $3,497 for up to 2 people)

Terms of Purchase:

• Upon enrollment confirmation, you'll receive a receipt, followed within 24 hours by an onboarding email with program information, testing links, and logins so you can get started right away.
• Once you are fully enrolled in the program, all payments are non-refundable, though they may be applied to future Business Breakthrough Programs or other Superstar Activator Programs. 
• Clients may reschedule for up to 1 year from the original retreat date, with 21 days' notice. If fewer than 21 days from the event, there is a $500 cancellation and rebooking fee. 
• In the case of missed / late payments on a payment plan, we reserve the right to charge a late fee of up to $100/week.
